Carlos' Fundraising Bike Ride
What a day it was! The sun came out and so did dozens of cyclists to raise much needed funds for Acorns Children's Hospice
You're probably aware of what a great job they do and they make such a huge difference to so many families right across the midlands. They care for over 500 kids with life limiting or life threatening conditions and they run three hospices - one of which I recently visited and I was deeply moved by what I saw. Acorns don't charge families for their care and services so I'm hoping this latest fundraiser is a huge success.
The Severn Valley Cycle Challenge took us on a 20 mile route through such places as The Arley Arboretum, The Acorns Memorial Wood and the beautiful Wyre Forest. It was a tough challenging route but we all had a great day and I'd really appreciate your support and kindly ask you to make a donation.
